Chemical Treatment Plant
Auspower EDM recently supplied a turn-key package to a Chemical Plant in Unanderra NSW in the form of a new HV Substation and Transformer overhaul. Auspower EDM designed and built the brick Substation building including earthing and concrete floor trenching. We then installed the refurbished Alstom Fluorokit 11KV Switchboard and installed new HV cables throughout, after removing the old pole style terminations from the Transformer bays. The Transformers were completely overhauled and Cable Boxes added. Stage 2 is currently underway with a new Kiosk Substation, extension to the Fluorokit Switchboard and the HV Cable installation. |

Auspower Deliver for new Pipe Mill
Auspower EDM has recently completed work on the new Pipe Mill at Unanderra , NSW. Auspower was contracted to provide Transformers, Main LV switchboards, and the High and Low Voltage Submains installation for the new multi-million dollar pipe mill recently completed in Wollongong .
The 4000KVA 33KV/11KV Main Transformer with Fuller ATL on-line tap changer was completely refurbished and supplied to Integral Energy for installation in Integral Energy's 33KV Substation. Auspower carried out exhaustive testing after the refurbishment and has provided the client with the comfort of seeing the Main Transformer in place well ahead of scheduled commissioning by Integral Energy.
Stage 3 is currently underway with a new 2.5MVA Transformer and 4th new Main LV Switchboard being installed. | |
